This Beginner Bodyweight program is intended for people of any age or experience level who want to learn the fundamentals of strength training, and start to incorporate some of the pillars that make Iron Yogi Fitness a unique and holistic experience. The program requires zero equipment, and very little space! The exercise selection is designed to help you build a foundation of strength, and the included training log will help you start to understand how to track your workouts, should you choose to continue your journey with us.
